I build and invest in businesses — and help people grow in faith, leadership, and life.
I’m an entrepreneur, investor, and pastor based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Over the past two decades, I’ve built, scaled, and invested in businesses across ecommerce, marketing, and real estate.
I founded AllGuard, the company behind CarCovers.com and a number of other ecommerce brands, and bootstrapped it over 16 years from the ground up before completing a partial exit to private equity. Today, I remain actively involved as a board member and investor.
After partnering with private equity, the brand has grown to include Hail Protector, EZSNAP, AirSkirts, Canvasback, SeatCovers.com, and own several utility patents in the space.
Sixteen years, bootstrapped from the ground up — to a partial private-equity exit, and a board seat I still hold today.
I’m currently focused on building and acquiring businesses through InspireImpact Holdings Inc, with a mission to create companies that generate both strong results and meaningful impact.
In June 2025, we acquired a marketing company and are leveraging this team to help launch the Churches.co brand. We’re applying proven online marketing strategies to help churches grow, using many of the same systems and principles that scale high-performing ecommerce and digital businesses.
Investing has always been one of my core passions. I’ve invested in dozens of businesses ranging from early stage to late stage, and continue to actively build a real estate portfolio focused on industrial warehouse and office properties, with holdings in California and Tennessee.
But for me, investing isn’t just about returns. It’s about stewardship — what we build, who we impact, and how we use what we’ve been given.

I’m a Campus Pastor at CityLife Church East Bay in Pleasant Hill, CA, where I get the privilege of leading, teaching, and helping people take their next steps with Jesus.
Ministry is personal. Whether it’s through a message on Sunday, a conversation over coffee, or investing in the next generation of leaders, it’s about seeing people become who God created them to be.

I met my wife Maria when we were 15 years old at church. She asked me — the nerdy kid — for help with her website, and we ended up talking on AOL Instant Messenger all night. The rest is history.
Now we get to build life, family, ministry, and business together. We have two incredible kids who constantly remind me what really matters. Watching them grow, guiding them, doing life together — those are the investments that matter most.
